I met Heather in Murphys during an event. At that point in time I had gone through three realtors for one-off tours. None of the owner me as a client. Heather did. In our first discussion she gathered the basic information of what I was looking for. The next morning she was sending me potentials. We went on three house tour trips, and she learned from each experience just why exactly we were looking for. When we found the house, it clicked for all of us. While the first offer was declined in lieu of another, when that offer fell through she was on fire and we submitted a new offer that evening.
